NEIGHBOURHOOD Fablabs

The first sustainable neighbourhood in the Mediterranean – XXL, a neighbourhood project in downtown Marseille

Ici Montreuil

Thanks to our network of multidisciplinary stakeholders, Bouygues Construction is in a position to deliver projects involving a wide range of sizes, types of activity, and specific requirements from project field coordinators (including environmental considerations, innovation and more). Our official partner ICI Montreuil was the first to develop these makerspaces and has now succeeded in generating substantial local production through the talents of local residents.

This green belt, the project’s central feature, includes 3,800 sq. meters of public gardens, 2,000 sq. meters of green roofs, private gardens, family kitchen gardens, and more.
